Watch out for pickpockets and other shady types around the Termini Train Station. Watch out for gypsies in general and small children who are thieves. Be sure to get a money belt that goes around your waist and under your clothes and keep your passport and extra money it there. If you want to travel outside of Rome during your stay, you can do so by rail. If you have time, a rail pass might be a good option. Have fun, sounds like a great trip!

You can write a book about Rome...................Can't eveen begin in this space. All your questions will be answered when you get there and meet your class mates. It is a beautiful country with beautiful cities. I am sure you will get to some of them if you are lucky. You will make many new friends there. Good for you !!!
